Ingredients

2/3 cup Florida orange juice
Juice of 2 limes
1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
2 pounds large shrimp, cooked, coarsely chopped
2 ripe avocados, diced
1 mango, peeled, pitted, diced (about 1 ½ cups)
1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Preparation

Combine orange juice, lime juice and sriracha sauce.  Toss shrimp with juice mixture.  Add avocado, mango, green onions and cilantro.
