Mimosa Mist
Ingredients
1½ ounces Florida orange juice
5 raspberries
¾ ounce lemon juice
¾ ounce simple syrup*
Ice
Champagne
Garnish:
Florida orange twist
Raspberry
Preparation
Muddle raspberries in cocktail shaker; add Florida orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake and strain into champagne flute; top with chilled champagne. Garnish with Florida orange twist and raspberry.
*For Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup sugar and ½ cup water in saucepan; heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool syrup completely and refrigerate in covered container for up to 1 month.
