Pelican Pisco
Ingredients
6 Grapes, green or red
1 oz Florida grapefruit juice
1¼ oz Pisco
1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Club soda, chilled
Garnish
Florida grapefruit peel
Grapes
Preparation
In mixing glass, muddle grapes.
Add remaining ingredients, except club soda.
Add ice, shake and pour into highball glass.
Top with chilled club soda.
Garnish with Florida grapefruit peel twist and skewered grapes.
