Tangy Ponzu Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup Florida orange juice
1/4 cup Florida grapefruit juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
1 serrano chile, stemmed and sliced
1/4cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon cracked coriander seeds, optional
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients together and let flavors marry for at least 1 hour before using. Refrigerate remaining sauce.
Makes approximately 2 cups
